●營帳內均提供冷氣、風扇，請勿自行攜帶其他電器用品，造成跳電風險。
●本營區位屬「陽明山國家公園」範圍內，陽明山國家公園禁止明火、煙火、烤肉、野炊等活動。
●園區設有吸菸區，請詢問現場服務人員。
●帳篷音量穿透性較高，請22點之後音量降低。
●營區位屬國家工作範圍內，野生動物多，請勿餵食、捕捉以免觸法。
●此處群山環繞，早晚偏涼，且蚊蟲較多，請記得攜帶保暖衣物。
▌付款及取消政策
付款方式:可選擇線上刷卡、LINE Pay、ATM轉帳
1. 付款方式為「線上刷卡或LINE Pay」：
訂單取消，將便會收取 訂單金額 5% 系統手續費，將由顧客支付，如擔心被收取請選擇 ATM 轉帳。
發票:立即開立電子發票。
2. 付款方式為「ATM轉帳」：
訂單成立後 3 日內需完成付款，如未完成則自動取消訂單。
發票:若需住房日期之發票，請選擇此付款方式。
取消政策
●在入住日 90 日（含）前取消，將全額退費，刷卡、LINE Pay 會扣除訂單金額之 5% 系統手續費，匯款會扣除 30 元手續費。
●在入住日前 10 ～ 89 日（含）取消，將收取訂單金額之 5% 取消費。
●在入住日前 7 ～ 9 日（含）取消，將收取訂單金額之 25% 取消費。
●在入住日前 4 ～ 6 日（含）取消，將收取訂單金額之 30% 取消費。
●在入住日前 2 ～ 3 日（含）取消，將收取訂單金額之 35% 取消費。
●在入住日前 1 日（含）取消，將收取訂單金額之 40% 取消費。
●在入住日當天（第 0 日）取消，將收取訂單金額之 50% 取消費。
※透過 ATM 支付者，入住 10 日 ( 含 ) 前取消將收取 30 元銀行手續費用，入住 10 日內取消政策如上 ( 同線上其他支付方式 )。
▌寵物公約
寵物友善-寵物公約
1、第一階段寵物友善開放「狗狗」入住，後續寵物開放時程請關注最新消息。
2、攜帶毛孩請於訂房時主動告知且勿讓您的毛孩進入非毛孩友善入住空間內，以維護其他住客權益。
3、入住前須確認毛孩已施打狂犬病疫苗完成，入住時請出示狂犬病注射證明書或者注射頸牌。
4、入住前請先將毛孩洗澡與除蚤完成。
5、毛孩年齡須超過6個月以上，若毛孩為高齡犬，須自行注意毛孩身體狀況。
6、每天每隻毛孩額外酌收500元清潔費，兩隻1,000元，三隻1,500元。
7、進入園區後，須繫上牽繩、推車或運輸籠。
8、於辦理入住時，預先支付現金2,000元押金，退房確認帳篷內各項設備正常後歸還。
9、毛孩在進入帳篷或露營車內時，需穿戴禮貌帶（公）與尿布（母），毛孩請勿上床鋪。
10、毛孩進房前務必擦腳，房內不吹毛及梳毛，園區不開放毛孩洗澡，有提供專用“簡易洗腳區”。
11、若毛孩出現攻擊行為、連續吠叫，且家長無法即時制止，蟬說場域有權不接待、不退費。
12、毛孩於園區內或房間及廁所大小便後請立即清理，也為下一位毛孩貴賓擁有舒適的環境。
13、禁止單獨留毛孩於房間內。
14、室內餐廳不落地，需用推車/提籠。請遵守各館餐廳公約。嚴禁拿取餐廳餐具餵食毛孩，蟬說提供的人類餐食不一定適合毛孩，請勿餵食給毛孩。
15、若毛孩之間打架受傷以及毛孩咬傷其他旅客或他人毛孩。請雙方互相自行處理協調，由家長負擔相關責任，毛孩之行為由家長全權負責，若毛孩造成房內設施毀損髒汙，或造成攻擊行為導致人員受傷或有違本住宿公約之約定，家長必須負擔後續相關賠償責任。
16、若違反上述規範，家長則須支付5,000元罰金。
17、部分犬種暫無法接待:比特犬、藏獒、鬥牛獒、杜賓犬、羅威那、德國牧羊犬、日本土佐犬、紐波利頓犬、阿根廷杜告犬、巴西非勒犬，毛孩行為出現明顯攻擊行為者恕不接待。
18、景觀湯屋不開放寵物進入。
19、帳篷區不限制體型，最多三隻入住。體型定義: 大型犬：逾 23 公斤 ；中型犬：9 至 23 公斤；小型犬：未達 9 公斤。
