Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Methods:
You can choose from: Online credit card payment, LINE Pay, ATM bank transfer
1. Paying via credit card or LINE Pay:
A 3% service fee will be charged for any order cancellation. This fee is paid by the customer.
If you're concerned about the cancellation fee, we recommend using the ATM transfer method.
Invoice: An electronic invoice will be issued immediately.
2. Paying via ATM transfer:
Payment must be completed within 3 days of booking, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
Invoice: If you need an invoice issued on the check-in date, please choose this method.
Cancellation Policy:
・90 days or more before check-in: Full refund. A 3% fee applies for credit card/LINE Pay refunds; NT$30 bank fee for ATM refunds.
・10 to 89 days before check-in: 3% of the total amount will be charged.
・7 to 9 days before check-in: 25% of the total amount will be charged.
・4 to 6 days before check-in: 30% of the total amount will be charged.
・2 to 3 days before check-in: 35% of the total amount will be charged.
・1 day before check-in: 40% of the total amount will be charged.
・Same day cancellation (Day 0): 50% of the total amount will be charged.
・For ATM payments, a NT$30 bank fee applies if cancellation is made 10 days or more before check-in. For cancellations within 10 days, the same policies as above apply.
Other Guest Reminders:
・In support of eco-friendly travel, we do not provide disposable amenities. Please bring your own.
・We cannot accommodate more guests than the number booked.
・Portable air conditioners and fans are provided. Please do not bring additional electrical appliances to avoid power outages.
・Sound insulation is limited in tents. Guests sensitive to noise are advised to bring earplugs (available on-site).
・For forest preservation, no outdoor cooking or BBQ activities are allowed unless provided by the site.
・Starting September 15, 2024, the Golden Rain Tree area will allow dog stays. Please read the pet policy below.
・The area is surrounded by mountains — mornings and evenings can be chilly and there are more insects. Please bring warm clothes.
・Always zip up your tent when going out. Do not feed or disturb wildlife.

Pet-Friendly Policy
1. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing pets. Pets are not allowed in non-pet-friendly rooms to ensure the comfort of other guests.
2. Pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. Please show the certificate or vaccination tag upon check-in.
3. Cats must be neutered. Proof of neutering is required before check-in.
4. Please bathe and de-flea your pet before arrival.
5. Camper vans: Maximum of 3 small or medium-sized dogs.Tents: No breed restrictions, up to 3 dogs.
Dog sizes: Large dogs: over 23kg; Medium dogs: 9–23kg; Small dogs: under 9kg
6. Cats and other small pets (no size limit): Max 3 per room.
7. Pets must be over 6 months old. Elderly pets require special care by the owner.
8. A cleaning fee of NT$500 per pet per night applies. Two pets: NT$1,000; Three: NT$1,500.
9. Pets must be kept on a leash, in a stroller, or in a carrier within the premises.
10. A NT$2,000 cash deposit is required at check-in. Refunded upon check-out after inspection.
11. Male pets must wear belly bands, females must wear diapers. Pets are not allowed on the bed.
12. Cat owners must bring their own litter box and litter. Rental available at the front desk—please inquire via message or in person.
13. Wipe pets’ feet before entering the room. No blow-drying or grooming inside. Bathing pets is not allowed. A foot-washing area is provided.
14. Trim cats’ nails before check-in to avoid scratching.
15. If pets exhibit aggressive or excessive barking, and owners cannot control them, the campsite has the right to refuse service without refund.
16. Clean up pet waste immediately, whether inside or outside the room.
17. Do not leave pets unattended in the room.
18. Indoor dining areas: Pets are not allowed on the floor. Pets are only allowed on outdoor balconies or designated shared dining areas with leashes.Do not use restaurant utensils to feed pets. Human meals are not suitable for pets.
19. In the event of pet fights or injuries, both parties must resolve the matter themselves. Owners are fully responsible for their pets' behavior.Any damage or contamination to the room or injuries caused by pets must be compensated.
20. Violation of any rule will incur a NT$5,000 penalty.
21. Restricted dog breeds not accepted: Pit Bull, Tibetan Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro. Any pets showing aggressive behavior will not be accepted.
22. For safety reasons, reptiles, birds, arthropods, etc. are currently not allowed.
