・Grace Period: 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
・Domestic Flights: You should arrive at the airport at least 45 minutes before your domestic flight, but aim for 90 minutes to two hours early for safety. Airport usually stop checking bags 45 minutes before departure; be on time to avoid missing this cutoff and being unable to check your baggage.
・International Flights: Arrive at the airport 3 - 4 hours before your international flight. Besides baggage check-in procedure and going through security, allow extra time for passport checks, visa applications, and customs inspections. Some airlines may have a 1-hour check-in requirement for international flights, so check with your airline.
・Boarding typically starts 30 minutes to an hour before the scheduled departure time for both domestic and international flights. Make sure to check your flight's departure time before you proceed to book the ride.
・Once you book for a ride, we recommend giving a call to your assigned driver to inform them of your boarding schedule.
・You will receive a SMS with link that allows you to check on driver's info & current location by 1 - 2 days before boarding day. Please refer to the SMS in order to get the latest info you need.
