In agreement with the Parenthood Playland policy, I agree to ensure that my child/children, or any children under my care are supervised by ourselves at all times and not behaving in such a manner to cause danger or discomfort to themselves or others. I therefore acknowledge that the responsibility to ensure safety of my child/children in the Playland shall rest solely on me. The staff and management of The Parenthood Playland shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss suffered by me and/or my child/children of whatsoever nature including but not limited to damage or loss of personal property or any injury sustained by any person(s) while in the premises. - Our playland is open from 10.00am till 9:30pm. Last check in to the playland is at 9.00pm.
- Please show "MyKid or Identification Card" to our staff to entitle for below 2 years old play rates.
- Only one (1) adult is free on each admission ticket. RM5.00 will be charged for subsequent adult.
- It is compulsory for children below the age of 7 to be accompanied by an adult.
- To keep our play area enjoyable for all, kindly ensure to supervise your child during playtime. In case of any accident resulting in urine or dirt on our playground, a cleaning fee of RM100 will apply.
- Wristbands are to be worn at all times in the playland and not transferable.
- To maintain a hygienic environment, strollers are not allowed in the playland. Please use our designated stroller area for your convenience.
- Socks are to be worn at all times in the playland.
- Eating is not allowed at the play area. It is allowable to eat at the designated sitting area.
- Please help to ensure that you and your child are free from illness before entering the playland.
- Children and adults must always follow our playland safety play rules. Failure to comply could result in dismissal from the facility.
- Strictly no outside food and drinks in the playland.
- All sales are final. No refund or exchange will be entertained.
- Personal belongings are your responsibility. The Parenthood holds no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss.
- Children and adults are encouraged to wear face masks.
- Additionally, in the event of sudden public holidays announced by the Malaysian government that coincide with weekdays, previously purchased tickets will not be valid. To ensure your continued enjoyment, you may add the balance amount for your tickets at the counter or change the ticket date.
