・Grace Period: 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time (In the event of a flight delay, we understand that situations can arise beyond your control. Therefore, we offer a waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the original scheduled pick-up time.)
・Domestic Flights: If you have checked-in luggage, it is recommended to schedule your pick-up 30 - 40 minutes after your flight lands. If you only have a carry-on, 20 minutes after landing should be sufficient.
・International Flights: For passengers arriving on international flights, it is advisable to schedule your pick-up approximately 60 - 90 minutes after landing. This allows ample time for customs clearance and other formalities.
・Once you have landed, we recommend giving a call to your assigned driver to inform them of your arrival. This ensures that they are aware of your presence and can expect you shortly.
・You will receive a SMS with link that allows you to check on driver's info & current location by 1 - 2 days before departure day. Please refer to the SMS in order to get the latest info you need.
・Meet & Greet Service: With add-on Meet & Greet Service, driver will park the vehicle in parking slot, and hold a name plate at the arrival hall. (If without Meet & Greet Service, driver will usually wait at outside of the airport).
