– Highlights –
The gym will have a total of 4 sections within 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Section 1:

Warm-up followed by teaching the basics of boxing, correct boxing stance, and weapon techniques such as punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to provide customers with a solid foundation. They will be able to exercise in a fun and correct boxing format without getting injured.
Section 2:

We will do an ice-breaking activity using the format of Circuit Training in the form of competitive games. In addition to getting a cardio workout, it also aims to create a good connection among participants in the class.
Section 3:

This section will be our highlight, focusing on sparring with a boxing instructor. Our approach to sparring will be in the form of instructional techniques, including gym-specific flows. Customers will experience new techniques and sparring strategies that they cannot find elsewhere.
Section 4:

Bodyweight training will be different each day. Some days, specific body parts may be targeted, while other days may involve full-body workouts to strengthen and build muscles. This section is designed for customers who are determined to lose weight.
