・No cancellation, No amendment and Non-refundable after confirm booking.
・All participants must be at least 18 years of age, please show your identification card upon arrival.
・No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured for all confirmed orders.
・W Hong Kong reserves the right to change or cancel any packages and/or offers without prior notice.
・In the event of any disputes, decision of W Hong Kong reserves shall be final.

・優惠不能與會員折扣或其他特別推廣同時使用，以及不能兌換現金、其他產品或服務

・從網上購買之電子禮券不能退款、兌換現金或其他禮券及不能取消

・除非得到香港W酒店及FunNow平台授權之書面同意，否則從FunNow網上平台購買的訂單不能轉售或用作其他商業用途

・如有遺失或損毀，FunNow 兌換碼不能補發或退款
