A deposit of $1000 will be collected upon arrival. The staff will inspect the venue after your departure, and if there are no issues, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours.

- Reservation & Entry:
- ・ Please arrive on time according to your reservation. For early arrivals, the rental period will begin at the reserved time.
- ・ Please remove your shoes before entering the venue. Slippers are available on the shoe rack for your use. A cleaning fee of $300 will be deducted from the deposit if guests are found wearing their own shoes inside.
- Venue Usage:
- ・ Food and drinks are permitted inside, but please enjoy them responsibly and keep the venue clean. A cleaning fee of $500 will be deducted from the deposit if any food crumbs, spills, or leftover garbage are found.
- ・ Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided for paying guests only. Please return any unopened drinks to the refrigerator. Consuming these items or taking them away without payment will result in a deduction from the deposit for the corresponding amount.
- ・ Please do not cover or turn off the CCTV cameras inside the venue. Doing so will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- ・ The venue is under 24-hour video surveillance. Any illegal activities will be reported to the police.
- Garbage Disposal:
- ・ Before leaving, please dispose of all garbage yourself. Please bag all trash and take it outside to the green garbage bin located near the entrance. Failure to clean up or littering outside the venue will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- Venue Maintenance:
- ・ Please treat the venue and its facilities with care. Any damage or loss of items will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit and may incur additional charges for repair or replacement.
- Check-Out Procedures:
- ・ Please allow sufficient time to clean up and vacate the venue on time. Please return the slippers to the shoe rack, otherwise, a $200 service fee will be deducted from the deposit. For late departures without prior notice, a fee equivalent to half an hour of rental time will be charged for every 5 minutes overtime.
- ・ Before leaving, please ensure that all electrical appliances, electronic devices, and lights, including the air conditioner, lights, fans, and television, are turned off. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of half of the deposit.
- Smoking Area:
- ・ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor platform, and please use the ashtrays provided.
