About Hangzhou Xiao Long Bao: Aims to bring top-quality xiaolongbao to customers, one of the must-visit shops for foreign tourists.
Signature Cuisine: Crispy scallion pancakes, pulled pork fried rice, beef roll, custard bun and chicken soup. The most recommended dish is xiaolongbao, very thin skin with juicy fillings.
Splendid Decoration: The ceiling is decorated by famous architect Paul Noritaka Tange, using bamboo as elements to present the idea of xiaolongbao steamer hanging off the ceiling.
