・After the order is confirmed, the hotel manager will contact the guest via WhatsApp 15 minutes before the check-in time to provide information related to self-check-in. Please provide the contact phone number that can be used for WhatsApp communication.

・All prepaid bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
・Reservation must be made in advance and is subject to availability and final confirmation.

Purchase Guide

1) After purchasing at FunNow, the person in charge of Secret Garden will contact the guest via WhatsApp to provide information about self-service Check-In (Password, deposit...etc). 

2)  Please arrive and leave the hotel accordingly to the reservation time.
3)  Any last minute extension requests are subject to room availability.
4)  The prepaid amount is not refundable under any circumstances. If the date needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather (typhoon signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm), hotel will handle it at its discretion, but there is no guarantee. Guests should weigh it themselves before placing a reservation condition.
5)  Smoking is not allowed in all rooms. If found, the hotel will charge $1,000 for cleaning fees.
6)  Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. If there is any problem such as vomiting in the room and service cleaning fee is required, all the deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the venue cleaning fee.
7)  If it is found that the number of guests does not match the reservation number, the hotel will charge additional fees or invite the guests to leave.
8)   Please help turn off the lights and air-conditioning in the room before leaving.
9)  Once the reservation is confirmed, no rescheduling or refund will be accepted for any reason.
10)  Please ensure that guests clearly understand our venue rules before making a reservation.
