About Merchant
The only facility in Tokyo where you can play with alpacas. In here, there are various ways to do with alpacas, including feeding, taking photos, and brushing their hair.Have a great time with gentle and fluffy alpacas and find relaxation! As a bonus, you can enjoy a complimentary drink and original cookies with a 30 minute extension.
There are also creative corners and game corners available. Starting from August, also have added rabbits to the experience.

- On the reservation day, please arrive at the store 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, please contact FunNow customer service.
- If during the experience, the alpaca(s) are not feeling well, the store may temporarily suspend the experience to allow the alpaca(s) to rest properly. In such cases, the store will provide a full refund for the experience fee, but not excluding transportation costs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- In case of tardiness, you can still enter and experience the remaining time slot, but there will be no refund for the time missed due to lateness.
- During the last 5 minutes before the end of the experience, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to prepare for departure, including packing your belongings and using the restroom.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring your own food or feed the alpacas with anything other than what is provided by the store.
