This wine and canapé pairing masterclass will take a grand tour of Italy via its legendary wine grape variety, Nebbiolo. Criss-crossing the wondrous country from north to south, the class will take in Piedmont, Lombardy, Tuscany, Sicily, Campania, Abruzzo and the Veneto in an exploratory tour of noble wines and regions with matching canapés by Malaysia’s premier wine enthusiast from Vintry Group, Wong Yin How.
