Travel through Latin America with a zesty celebration of ceviches from Peru to Mexico and Colombia and back; nearly every country here claims a version of this lively cured fish dish as their very own. But whose is the best? In this watch-only class, you will learn how to prepare an array of ceviches with Daniel- from Peru, and Tamara- from Mexico. Together they’ll walk you through four different types of ceviches - Peruvian Tiger’s Milk, Mexican Seafood Aguachile, Coctel de Camarones- a Colombian-style prawn ceviche and Taradito Nikkei- a Japanese-Peruvian style of sashimi.
