In 2019, Off Menu Cuisine Carnival was held in Hong Kong for the first time and was highly acclaimed by a bunch of food lovers. After the event in Taipei in 2020, this year, HSBC Global Private Banking will be the title sponsor of the second Off Menu Taiwan held from 12/10 to 12/12.
Tatler Taiwan uses "The Future of Food" at the theme and invites seven Michelin chefs, a promising chef, two pastry chefs in a private kitchen, and a bartender who won a world champion. They will combine the ingredients in an unexpected way and make 11 amazing and unique cuisines, creating a vivid imagination toward the future in your head!

Off Menu Taiwan will showcase local flavors reimagined in unexpected new ways by the world’s most innovative chefs, mixologists, and tastemakers. The event will be anchored by 7 Michelin chefs and 1 rising star chef to create 8 one-off dishes using local ingredients. In addition, 2 pastry chefs, and 1 innovative mixologist will also create 2 desserts and 1 cocktail. Guests can savor 11 one-of-a-kind dishes created especially for the event.

🔹 Activity Time
・2021/12/10 – 2021/12/12 18:00 -21:30 every night.
・Tickets are sold separately based on the date you choose to attend. You may enter the event anytime from 18:00-21:30, however, the last dish/cocktails pick-up time ends at 21:00.

・There will be different chef stations and booths on the site of the event. It will be self-picked up by the guests, and there will be no repeats of the same dish. Each guest will receive a ticket to redeem the dishes. Please keep the ticket with you at all times. We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
・Please keep in mind that this is not a traditional seat dining experience. There will seating areas or bar tables for guests to enjoy their food at. However, we do not have a designated spot/table/seat for the guests.
・Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to provide alternative menus to accommodate every guest’s dietary restrictions as there will only be one single menu curated for this specific event. If you have any dietary restrictions, we would suggest you take this into consideration before purchasing a ticket.

- Since it is a special package, please refer to the announcements in "The Fine Print." This package is inapplicable to the FunNow refund policy.
- If you want to change or refund the ticket, please contact FunNow customer service within three days after purchasing the ticket. A 5% service fee will be charged.
- No smoking.
- No outside food, drinks or pets are allowed. （except guide dog）
- We will not serve alcohol to minors under 18 years old.
- Please finish the food at the event, there will be no take-outs.
- There will be no dress code, but we would suggest you come in comfortable clothing and shoes (Please do not wear flipflops)
- We do not have a coat check station and there will be no designated seatings. We would strongly suggest you to minimize your personal belongings to the event.
- We will not be responsible for any items stolen or broken.
- If there’s a situation beyond human control, Tatler Taiwan holds the right to change, postpone, or cancel this event. We will refund you the full price（excluding the credit card transaction service fee）.
- Unless otherwise enforced by the Central Weather Bureau, the event remains usual no matter what the weather condition is. If it rains on the day, we will prepare tents on the site, please follow Tatler Taiwan Facebook and @offmenutaiwan for more updates.
- Under the COVID 19 regulations enforced by CDC, guests will need to register contact information and take temperature upon entrance. Masks should be worn at all times when you leave the dining areas. If you are in one of the following conditions: fever ≧37.5, respiratory diseases, mandatory/self-quarantine, we will not admit your entrance and you will not be considered eligible for refunds.

- The organizer, TatlerAsia, reserves the right to make final amendments, changes, event explanations and cancellation of this event. Any changes will be announced on the website without prior notice.
