・Clouds Retreat 4-person for studio plan offers a continuous mountain view and can accommodate 2-4 people. Please select the number of guests in the next step.
・The booking includes: welcome refreshments, dinner, breakfast, evening campfire, and free parking.
・Meal locations: All meals are served in the 【Restaurant:Maniq Canteen，The meaning in Atayal language means delicious】.
・Room amenities include: two double beds, table lamps, clothes hangers, fans, standing mirrors, bath towels, liquid mosquito repellent, earplugs,dehumidifier,electric blanket/bedding (provided from October to April for winter).
・Private bathroom facilities: wall-mounted shower gel and shampoo are provided.
・To support eco-tourism and environmental protection, we do not provide disposable amenities.
・After the order is placed, partial modifications can be made. For cancellations, please follow our cancellation policy.
・There are many insects on the mountain, and they are attracted to light. It may be difficult to avoid them when traveling in the forest.

※The public restroom area provides: baby bathtubs, small chairs, cotton swabs, emergency medical cotton, small refrigerators, hot/cold water dispensers, bottle sterilizers, Tescom hair dryers, and thermos bottles.

・Activity Confirmation: Event will proceed depending on weather conditions and number of participants.
・Rainy Weather: Activities will take place partially indoors; entry into the forest will depend on weather conditions.
・Refund Policy for Prepaid Guests: If the event is canceled on the day, we will assist in processing refunds online three days in advance (Refund processing time: 7-14 business days, excluding holidays).
・Participant Limit: Activities require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. Guests can add the activity during online booking. If the minimum is not met, notifications will be sent three days prior, and refunds or cancellations will be processed online.
・Activity Confirmation Notice: If the activity is confirmed, an event notice will be sent no later than three days before the activity.
・Late Arrivals and Safety Policies: For safety reasons, no refunds will be provided for participants who arrive late and miss part of the activity or those deemed unfit to participate after arrival.
・Flexible Schedule: Activity timings may be adjusted based on daily weather conditions by the organizers. We appreciate your understanding.
・Cloud Sea Viewing: This activity does not guarantee a view of the cloud sea every day. To increase your chances, check humidity and temperature on windy.com beforehand. Higher humidity increases the likelihood of a cloud sea. Please wear warm clothing for the event.

【Pet-Friendly Stay Agreement】

1. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet when booking, and ensure that your pet does not enter non-pet-friendly areas to respect the rights of other guests.

2. Prior to arrival, please confirm that your pet has received a rabies vaccination. You will be required to show proof of rabies vaccination or a vaccination tag upon check-in.

3. Ensure that your pet has been bathed and treated for fleas before your stay.

4. The tent area has no breed restrictions, allowing up to three dogs. Due to limited interior space, camper vans can accommodate up to three small or medium-sized dogs, while for large dogs, one is recommended as the limit. Definitions of dog sizes are as follows: large dogs: over 23 kg, medium dogs: 9 to 23 kg, small dogs: under 9 kg.

5. Pets must be over 6 months old. For elderly pets, please monitor their health condition closely.

6. An additional cleaning fee of 500 NTD per pet per day will be charged; 1,000 NTD for two pets and 1,500 NTD for three pets.

7. Pets must be on a leash, in a stroller, or in a carrier while in the park.

8. A cash deposit of 2,000 NTD will be required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, pending inspection of the tent's condition.

9. Male pets must wear a belly band and female pets a diaper when inside the tent or camping vehicle. Pets are not allowed on the beds.

10. Please wipe your pet's paws before entering the tent. Do not blow-dry or groom your pet inside the room. The park provides a designated “simple paw-washing area” for your convenience.

11. If your pet exhibits aggressive behavior, continuous barking, or if you are unable to control them, the management reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.

12. Please clean up after your pet immediately if they relieve themselves in the park, room, or bathroom, ensuring a clean environment for the next pet guest.

13. Pets are not allowed to be left alone inside the tent or camping vehicle.

14. Do not use restaurant utensils to feed your pet. The food provided by us may not be suitable for pets, so please refrain from feeding it to them.

15. If a fight occurs between pets resulting in injuries or if a pet bites another guest or their pet, the owners involved must resolve the issue independently. Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets’ actions. Should any damage, dirt, or aggressive behavior occur due to the pet, or if any of the rules in this agreement are violated, the pet owner will be held responsible for all related compensation.

16. A fine of 5,000 NTD will be imposed if any of the above rules are violated.

17. Certain dog breeds are not accepted: Pit Bull Terrier, Tibetan Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Japanese Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, or any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior will not be accepted.
